It's not marked as compatible with Win 8. You might try setting Compatibility Mode to Win 7. You could also maybe PM Caliber and ask if there's any possibility of making it compatible with Win 8.

I can confirm the 1.06 mega trainer works for me on win 8.1 pro running as admin.
