For some reason the trainers on this site have stopped extracting for me. I noticed it when trying to get the new Divinity: Original Sin trainer but I've tried it with other game trainers as well. I've tried using winrar and 7zip but both are not having any luck with extracting and winrar says the files are corrupt.

Check your security product logs and ensure they're not automatically deleting content from the archives. You will probably need to disable your AV product.

Unfortunately doesn't seem to be as simple as that. I've disabled my AV and yet I'm still having the same errors. !
: Checksum error in ets2p18-readme.txt. The file is corrupt ! : Unexpected end of archive

Completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Especially if using AVast which is the worst AV on the planet. After that re-download the files. Something on your end is blocking it.
Once you figure out what it is then you can reinstall security software that doesn't interfere with our trainers.

I found that WinZip 64bit worked well for .RAR compression. You can extract the file right to your "My Trainers" file.
