It is a really fun game. Hard but fun. I just wish they didn't put out so many updates. With all the DLC they had they could have put out maybe six or seven update, not 37.

Glancing thru their forum posts, I saw where they still have problem reports from a year or more back that still have to be dealt with.

luckily this is one of the most easily mod-able games out there not to mention you can cheat just about anything with the console.

O.O really gees. Now I am wondering if I shouldnt buy it now.

I know I have games that have had tones of patches but I have been lucky to not see the issues. So am pondering on it.

Yeah. Still messed up. Oh well. Just have to look for another way.

Fortunately, there's little you can't do with CK2's console and/or mods and/or some simple file editing. It's more work than using a trainer, but it's doable.
A lot of useful commands are here:

Thanks for keeping up to the game for as long as you did, CH

It is really a great game. A lot of the patches were done to add new features to the game, not to fix bugs. I've never had any major game breaking bugs. Some humorous ones, though.

It is a shame that CH is retiring this title, though. I think this was probably one of the first games I downloaded the trainer for (and I've put 300+ hours into the game.)

Of course, I have no idea what goes into making a trainer. Maybe someone else will pick it up.
