Can not locate a save editor Xenonauts on Xenonauts PC Message Board - Page 1

Regarding the Savegame, Unzip into the /assets folder. All ....

Have been looking for a save game editor to get the more rare materials finding it quite a grind to get the Alien singularity core, and also Alenium.

Or info on how to do it myself, if at all possible.

I am an old gamer and i need my trainers to help me complete them these days so i have started to look at what trainer options i have for my games and Cheat happens tend to not disappoint so thank you for the game enjoyment i can still have.

Open up "gameconfig.xml"

search for "ITEM DEBUG MODE"

Change the "false" to "true" in the "debugItems" line under that. You now can add as much of anything you want direct from the stockroom.

Thanks for the tip, thought it would be more of a hassle to change stuff but it was quite easy.

to edit soldiers stats
and add more money
you can edit the file gameconfig.xml found in xenonauts\assets\
look under

look under

notice i have add 100 to the stats except actionpoints
now the game under veteran is so fun

look under STARTING MONEY
value="92000000" - i have added 90000000 - you change to any value
look under SOLDIER GENERATION VARIABLES
actionPoints min="40" max="65"
resilence min="135" max="165"
strength min="135" max="165"
accuracy min="135" max="165"
reflexes min="135" max="165"
bravery min="135" max="165"
i have added 100 to all stats except actionpoints

oh forgot, you will have to restart game to get more money
and new augmented soldiers or fire all the old soldiers and get new augmented ones

I've done this using community edition 0.34.3 and it no longer seems to work.
Does anyone know how to edit the stores under the community branch of the game (seeing as thats now the standard version for most users)?
