The ammo option is basically the same as the no reload option it locks the ammo and regardless sometimes you can reload and sometimes you cant.

Edit: I found that the 4th option grenades/items is causing this issue I guess it conflicts with the unlimited ammo option.

quoting myself as i found out the correct terminology they use for the red diamond thingie * its "the aim assistance reticle" would it be possible to include the option to have this activated even when the difficulty level doesnt cater for it. akin to sniper elite 2, the trainer for that enabled the aim assistance reticle to appear, when you use empty lung, on sniper elite difficulty. iirc you called it " bullet drop visible" on sniper elite v2s trainer.
