    Entirely new? No same developer, which means probably hardly any difference, highst chance for the retirement is engine.

    It is on the retirement list (at least it's a valid reason for it to stay there) because it's a multiplayer only title.

    There is a single player vs bots matches as well but apart from that its purely multiplayer
