I have had the same issue. It happens when you have even a little to much code in your comment. This even includes if you put 1 to many symbols. The site has a feature that blocks a lot of custom code, to prevent hacking and other malicious things. Unfortunately, it affects us in this way as well.

You would need to take out the original HTML code which was used for the Image in your Personal Comments section before it would allow you to put any text in. But of course you would lose the image.
