Well, in this case, setting the population cap to 200 is 'infinite' and should suffice as you don't need dozens of people cutting wood or gather food and can built enough military units to crush every enemy.

For some reason rebooting my internet worked?? I disabled everything before that so idk. Sorry for wasting your time man.
