we didnt say that either... all the options work for the character that is given by default in the game.

Any movement on this? Essentially the trainer isn't very good other than gold. Nothing else seems to work as soon as you add a second character to the game.

What Caliber wrote 2 years ago still stands. If the trainer doesn't work as intended for you because the game got updated or patched, please file a report for a trainer review/update -> Link

If you like to see a new option in the trainer, please think about going PLUS and request it here -> Link

If you don't like the trainer at all as it is, please don't use it then.

I have put in a request to update trainer. As with many others, I have legit Steam copy, but the only feature that seems to be working is the increase/decrease gil.

I've had some success with the trainer, but some options do seem to be a bit hit-and-miss on my using it. Many options work on the "main" character, but some others only work positionally. For instance, "Super MP" will work, but only on the character in the 4th character slot, the same is true of boosting HP/max HP, or the Instant Heal. Increasing job level works on the 4th character slot, but only works on the job in the upper-left quadrant of the menu (usually Freelancer), and not the equipped job.

Overall, the trainer still works, just needs a bit of positioning to get the most out of it. Generally speaking, I just leave my Black Mage in the 4th character slot, and I swap the White Mage to that slot when I need to recharge their MP.

Just figured I'd leave this here in case anyone gets the trainer later on, and thinks the options are not working.
