Trainers will do that if you use your computer while it tries to authenticate, click trainer and let it authenticate, don't even move your cursor till it's done.

It doesn't even get to that point. The trainer never even loads at all. I double click the icon & the "wd.exe has stopped working" dialog box appears immediately. I have experienced what you are referring to when I try to drag the trainer to the side of the desktop while it is connecting to authenticate. I resist the temptation on most days. The error reported is a
c000005 which upon further research appears to be a memory access violation error which is sometimes driver related. I have re-run windows update and am going to make absolutely sure all the latest drivers from Asus are installed as well as the latest Bios. My GeForce Experience Software reports that all video drivers are current. I will post as soon as I know more.

There is a known issue with this trainer and Vista. We no longer have this 7+ year old OS installed and have no plans of installing it to test this one trainer. If anyone figures out why it crashes only with Vista then you are welcome to post your solution here.

Ok, I've updated every available driver with no success. A better explanation of the problem is it's behaving like the non windows 8 certified trainers on IE10. Except it is windows 8 certified and works fine on my windows 7 IE10 laptop. Also, my non windows 8 certified trainers work great on my vista IE9 desktop. Does that make sense or am I rambling? In any case thanks so much for helping, this site has the best support bar none.

exactly what pwiz said. I even ran emulation on this computer to test vista 64 bit and it works here with emulation, so no idea.

our 64 bit trainers work on everything but 64 bit vista for 'some' users...

I am not sure I even installed vista at any point in it's life cycle. I stuck with xp until windows 7 came out.
