I've been scouring around, trying to locate various parked cars, or those in use, trying to locate them all. So far the only cars i'm missing are the following:
Vessel Gambino Magnate LE Vespid LE Boxberg LE Livraga LE Rosewood 336-TT 550S Luciano
If anyone finds these, please let it be known in what district they are found in.

Some cars are unlocks for side mission and other mini games...

The Gambino you unlock after you beat the main story (that or after you kill Lucky Quinn, I didn't look until after I beat the main story, but its one of those.
All the LE Cars I'm still looking for, supposedly the Magnate LE spawns in Mad Mile, but I have yet to see it, looking for it now.
