Just started game and can't get out of the plane. the requested left shift left ctrl slide does nothing.360 controller thumb stick left B does nothing also. Am I miss understanding the commands?
what he need to do is a "slide crouch" so W key+shift+control, thats how i got out of the plane, after a few tries

do you hold the w and left shift first and then hit the ctrl button when you get to the slide location? I noticed the toggle sprint on does not work.
it took me three times to get out of the plane. the control schemes are bloody stupid!!!
Wholeheartedly agree on the control scheme for that--getting out of the damn plane should have been a cut-scene.
