Feedback is one of the most important things if you want to improve yourself... and making mistakes. Compliments tell you what your doing right and criticism tells you what you can even do better. We prefer to hear compliments but the true strength is by converting criticism in the opportunity to become a compliment.
But it's still a part of myself to say: If people have paid for something. It should be worth the money. Which includes more than just delivering the product.
