Ok, I'll try that. Btw, my OS is Windows 8.1.

If I uninstall AVAST, my PC will revert back to Windows Defender anti virus. Is that ok? Will the trainer work will with the game while Windows defender is on? Or should I keep Windows Defender disabled?

You'll just have to experiment and see.

Well, I uninstalled AVAST and let windows defender enabled and still the same results as before-crashes. Then, I disabled windows defender-same results. However, when I run the trainer then the game, activate and every time I press the 7 key on the number pad, the game crushes. I believe it's the durability enhancement.

It's either in game, 7 key, crashes or the game just crashes.

No idea. Try using a no-cd fix.

I found out what my issue was with crashing. I'm using GeDoSaTo (it's like DSFix for DS1, this is for DS2), and it shares a few hotkeys with the trainer. Apparently right now the screenshot ability is borked and causes the game to crash. It uses the same hotkey as the Super Stats ability from the trainer lol. Once I got that figured out, everything is working flawlessly!

Other than unlimited items. It only seems to work on maybe 5 or 6 items out of all the ones I've used. And it doesn't work all the time. I was using titanite to level up my gear, I only had 3 shards in my bags. I leveled up four weapons with just those three, and then trying to level the 5th weapon used them all up.

I had a guy summon me to his world to fight. I'm not sure how that happened or works, since I don't usually PvP in this game since I cheat. But I got to his world, he started wailing away on me, my life didn't budge. I took one swing at him with my Ultra Greatsword and almost killed him. He then spent the remaining time just running around a fountain thing so that I couldn't get to him lol. I'm betting he had maxed his stats out somehow, but wasn't using a trainer like I was :-) I just kept laughing and pointing at him lol.

I'm now in Havel's Armor, dual wielding Ultra Greatswords in Power Stance. Oh my god, the damage I can deal. And I look like an absolute BEAST lol.

Is there any chance of an editor for souls and items(the upgrade rock things)?

similar to what endersblade mentioned, i noticed one real bug with the trainer, and it has to do with the unlimited item option.

it works, but if you have only enough items to cover the action, it will deplete all the items. for instance, if you need to upgrade a weapon, and it costs 3 titanite. as long as you have 4 or more titanite, you will not lose any. but if you only have 3, it will deplete your titanite.
