Norton is pretty simple when it comes to virals, if it detects that stuff it immediately quarantines the offending file and refuse to let me run it, since I CAN run it Norton does not have an issue with it, there is also the fact that Ive run the thing from a folder that are exempted from the usual real time scan.
Okay. There is an easy way to tell if your antivirus is interfering.
Do you hear any beeps when you press the hotkeys in game ? (after pressing f1 of course). If you don't then the trainer was blocked.
The way trainer works is by injecting a dll into game and most AVs block this, some AVs even do this behind the scenes. This is the main reason why most trainers don't work unless you uninstall AV.
Still, send me your game exe and i'll confirm if there is an issue somewhere else.

This trainer executes itself from a different folder from where the trainer is run so excluding it will have no effect. Norton's SONAR or whatever they call it can prevent dll injection without any notice.

I use norton but it is currently -100%- disabled
Hear the beeps when F1 is pressed, both trainer and game are run in admin mode, currently no trainer commands (Numpad 1-9 etc.) do anything.

Like PWizard said the trainer does its job in two steps, your AV can block either one of them without even notifying you. You not hearing any beeps when pressing keys in the game just confirms that. The beep you hear at F1 tells you that trainer found the game and successfully executed its function, the beeps you hear for numpad0-9 and 1-7 are the confirmation the trainer was injected and cheat activated successfully.
Perhaps, you have some concerns me being the new author but this release won't be here if CH staff didn't trust me. So please follow what is already suggested in the thread and you will enjoy the game same way i did when making this trainer.
