Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello. I paid for the month trial which allows me 5 trainers. I have been a member of this site before and appreciate all the hard work you guys do. I downloaded 5 trainers 3 of which worked and 2 of which continually crashed the games they were for. The ones that kept causing crashes were for assassins creed 3 and hitman absolution.
I posted in the hitman trainer specific thread asking for some help as I had already followed all the steps in the troubleshooting sections. I feel like the response I got from the trainer maker was rude and I feel that I was not treated as a valued customer. Telling me that the trainers do work does not help fix my problem when they clearly do not work.
As the trainers on this site cost money I feel like I am owed some kind of useful support for my issues. Could you please help me out by helping me to get these two trainers to work or by removing them from my list of 5 so I can replace them with 2 that do work.

I responded to your post. But due to not really having much information to go with. I was unable to recreate your problem.

Can you please answer these questions.

1. Which trainer are you using?
2. Operating system?
3. What platform is the game runing on, (Origin or Steam)?
4. Are you runing the trainer and the platform in Admin mode?
5. What security programs are you runing on your system?

ok so The 2 trainers I am having issues with are
HITMAN: ABSOLUTION TRAINER 1.0.447.0
ASSASSIN´S CREED III TRAINER 1.06
I am running windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1.
I play all my games on steam. However the steam versions of the assassins creed games will also download uplay and play through that.
Yes I have set administration rights to all trainers and games.
And I am currently using McAfee. All trainers and games have been set to have always allowed rights through the firewall.

Now to give some extra info.
The hitman trainer works to a degree but whenever I reach a cinematic at the end of a current section of a stage the trainer causes the game to crash.
The AC3 trainer I can activate but it will immediately cause a crash when activating any of the cheats.

On AC3, try ALL 3 of the 1.06 trainers/editors and see if you get the same problem on them. Also, on both games, try using a no-cd fix for the corresponding version.

On Hitman, it has been noted that:

This game actively scans for cheats and hacks. Do not use these
options more than necessary to avoid the game detecting you and
crashing.

So your crash is probably related to the anti-cheat. You can contact the game dev and ask them to remove their cheat protection in the SINGLE PLAYER GAME to resolve this issue.

ok I'll try to contact them. But as a trial member I won't be able to try the other ac3 trainers.
But seriously thanks for the help and explaining it to me.

You can download and unlimited number of trainers for 5 games, not 5 trainers.
