Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello,
i got a serious problem. After i recognized now that the Login Routine was changed to Login by Mail, i got a major problem.
I got 2 Accounts with the same E-Mail address and i can only access the one that i am not paying for.
I tried to change the mail address but it also changed it in the other account. i tried everything. after i changed it, i tried to changed it back, but system says this e-mail address already exists. but when i try to recive my password by that address it says that the system didn't know that address......
i really don't know what to do right now
