Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I've had a few issues with a couple of the different trainers over the past few days. Have a few that work fine, downloaded a few more that wont load. Mount and blade series crashes on start up, so I got the offline key for it to see if that'd skirt the issue of crashing during authentication. That however didn't do anything. Also had the issue with age of decadence, it doesn't even load at all. Was wondering what I could do to get them to work besides disabling firewall since I've already added the programs to the exceptions and allowed them to run unhindered. Also am running win 7 not 8, so that shouldn't be a problem, version of IE however is up to date. Any idea what could be done to stop the crashing on authenticate or just not loading at all?

Uninstall IE10+11. Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Right click run as admin on trainer. ALL of this is listed on the trainer troubleshooting guide.

Yeah I've run through the troubleshooting guide after I posted that and am stuck at trying to replace urlmon.dll. Can't get it to let me delete it, have permission, but keep getting that it's in use.
