I actually never really post on here, but I wanted to thank CheatHappens for their distinction between an MMO and single player - I applaud your convictions. You guys are about making the game fun, not unfair for others - thanks guys.

I could not agree more! An excellent decision. This game lives from trying (or failing) to find enough stuff to survive. People who hack or spawn/ghost are despicable...

I Love them for this, exactly the way it should be, you play the game the way you want it to.

but the moment it affects other players like an MMO, it influences other people's play experience. and no trainer should exist for it since then it's just giving you an unfair advantage over other people.


so it's only correct to NOT make a trainer for these kind of games.

I know there is no trainer. Yet. I just hope that some day soon, they will add in a mode that lets you play all the same maps and ways that are in the game now, only that you don't have to be online. So basically I am looking for a game that is like STALKER I guess. If this game was not an online only game, I think it would be something like STALKER, but without the constant war that game had. *sigh*

Rent a server and have a private hive. Shoot. I have an old HP G5 just powerful enough to run a home server but that gets old quick. You can gear up but then what? Shoot zombies? It's easy right now with the state of the Zombie AI. Maybe when that changes it will be a cool idea but for the time being the human interaction is way better. Half my steam friends are from DayZ.

Don't rent a server, it's a ripoff. Also, items don't drop or something. I don't know. I rented one and I regret it.
