7 Days to Die Message Board  

Hi all. I have a little problem with the inventory editor. I know I'm in the right folder because I can see it when I search from my computer window, but when I use the trainer inventory editor to find a save it shows nothing in the folder. I'm probably just using it wrong somehow but does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

How exactly did you find it? I looked in my steam drive and my documents but cant find the save game anywhere 🤔


Found a workaround:
1. Open the Launcher via Steam instead of running the game.
2. Select "Tools" tab.
3. Click "Open savegame folder"
4. Click "Saves" folder
5. Find your world name folder and open it.
6. Click the address bar at the top and copy the file location.
7. Open the editor within the trainer.
8. Paste the file location.
