Yes, the original game still requires multiple daily updates to make it playable. So, what do you do if you got a bunch of idiots to buy your first broken ass game? Make a sequel of course! I think I'm going to make The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing 3 with just a stick man jumping up and down and then release it on Steam Greenlight for $34.95. I will make a fortune and not have to actually make a game at all! Genius!

The thing I don't understand about that game, it will go out with many ingame cheats, so why the need of a trainer?

Achievements, Laziness, there are many reasons. Or people prefer options cheats wouldn't offer.

On another side I would bet on the second highest request game, Wargame Red Dragon, with 10000 pts, it's still possible!
