Does anyone know where I can get a Galaxy on fire: alliances cheat for the iPad? There is one on the internet that requires a survey to be taken but when you do it fails.

That's because all survey sites are fake.

Any site that requires a survey to DL a trainer is fake.
DO NOT go and DL ANYTHING from those sites,in fact,report them.

Its a multiplayer game to boot, only scumbags cheat or try to cheat on a multiplayer game.

i understand what you are saying about cheating but in essence the game is a cheat. You can upgrade your ships IF you pay tons of money.
I mean think about it. If I had $100 to pay I could get 20000 credits where I can upgrade my forces and planets. So what exactly is the cheat here? To pay or not to pay?

It is not something CHU will ever program intentionally for. You will have to look elsewhere for such a cheat.
