I used to have a account called joopiejoop with numbers or something like that at the end.I had it but when alien vs predator back in 2010 came out and i got it but i came back two years later to found out the account isn't in the database.Is their a way i can get that unlimited on this account or a refund.

It no doubt was marked inactive when you didn't use it for a long time.

No point doing the angry flaming symbol either, thats not going to get you help quicker.

Staff will check and get back to you, and reactivate the account no doubt. But just make sure to log in every now and again, every few weeks to keep it going.

We don't randomly mark unlimited or lifetime accounts as inactive. There is no account "joopiejoop or something" in our database. Provide a copy of your paid receipt and we can locate your account. Otherwise you will need to create a new account and purchase a new membership.

Um if you did then why did you take you time to even point it out? Since the account you are using has been active since last year. Also you should know that proof is required.

I will try to find proof somewhere since this is gonna be hard to find proof because this is from back then. Can you guys look for emails like phyne-one@comcast.net or slofco@comcast.net or joopie-joop@comcast.net?

There are no accounts for any of those email addresses.

Than i dont know because i had a account and i dont remember the name or the credit card on it.

Sorry, but we do not have magical powers and a way to find your account out of the 2 MILLION in our database. You will need to purchase a new membership if you would like to continue using the trainers. I would advise you to keep a record of the payment and your account credentials.
