Why not make a Trainer for DayZ Standalone, It would be nice!

Why not? Well it may have something to do with battle eye is used in DayZ standalone.

Apart from that it is really unfair to use it in an MMO. Single player is fine but how would you feel if you spent days building up your kit gathering all the things you need to survive and someone with an unlimited health cheat came up to you and killed you? You shot them in the head and it did nothing, how would you feel?

Think on that for a minute. If you used a cheat you're no better than those idiots that prey on new spawners at the spawn points.

MMO!!!! I'd hardly call that **** an MMO, I got used hack on I died and lost everything because my game couldn't recognize the way I died and I couldn't get back in and play..

Yeah that's why you should never buy an early access, and this one in particular is so buggy that I'm surprised it doesnt give you bsod's.

or just a harmless trainer with teleport locations, some food item spawns, water bottle , or wooden sticks spawns.. come on guys. giving those options doesnt give us an edge over other players, because if u had really play dayz, you would know those are just items for surviving zombie attacks, and from the nature elements of hunger, dehydration and stuff.

No trainers will be made for any game that is MMO's or MP style games!
