i have tried Re-naming the exe and running as admin,but still i get "trainer cannot find game" im running win 8.1 64 bit i bought the game direct from the developer.
if you renamed the game to that EXACT NAME and it cannot find the game running, then something is blocking the trainer. likely you misspelled the new name OR you renamed the wrong .exe.

Well this is awkward. Bought Lifetime membership (wooh) and downloaded this aaand.. It crashes when I start it. Windows says APPCRASH. What do?
Windows Vista SP2 64 bit.
no idea. if you have a crash of the TRAINER from simply running the TRAINER, then likely you have a bad download of the trainer OR something on your computer is messing with the trainer.
the trainer should work fine on all flavors of legitimately purchased windows.

This is a legitmately purchased Windows Vista SP2, it has been formatted and works quite well. I have tried redownloading the TRAINER two times now and it still won't work. I have disabled UAC and antivirus and the firewall, it will not work still. Tried rebooting the PC aswell and nothing.

I have the gog version of Banished, the trainer can not find my game.
This is the 64 bit version.

the name of the game is
Application-steam-x64.exe
change the name to that and see if it works

in 7 years (and likely millions of trainer downloads) you are the first person who tells me that they download a trainer here and the trainer crashes simply from running it. I have no clue what to tell you or to suggest.

The best option to buy this game is via their official website, you get the option to then download DRM version thru humble, and you also get a steam key too. I figured that way i have 4 versions of the game steam 32+64 and DRM 32+64, one of which CH would make trainer for.
P.S, i applaud you for only doing a 64bit trainer. Once people are forced into upgrading to 64bit OS, we can do away with 32bit apps, making everything that little bit more compatible
Also, nice trying fooling into us to looking for the Numpad 10 key, im too quick to fall for your tricks
