I recently bought the Trainer Manager for $10 and not only does the manager itself refuse to install (My anti-virus has sinced moved it to quarantine) but the free trainer I was promised, which was really the only thing I was interested in didn't download. After I selected the game from the list and checked the box to submit I got this message saying something along the lines "Customizing your download.." something something and I was waiting for it to finish but then I get this error and I am asked to re-log again.

Please consult your AV documentation to add CHU / products to it's exclusion list. You will need to submit a ticket with the AV company's technical support about the false positive (the issue with your AV is not CHU's fault nor can we do anything about it).

Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. Lower browser security. Try different browsers, etc.
