Its BitDefender and it does not say anything
If you have 'Auto Pilot' enabled and other things on 'automatic' then Bitdefender almost never pops up a message for you. You have to look up the log.
Go to 'Quarantine' and delete everything you find in there that is related to our trainers, then clear the Windows tmp folder and your browser cache and reboot your PC.
Whitelist/ exclude our website from any scans. Download the trainer RAR file directly into a previously excluded folder and extract it in there.
If you are running Bitdefender 2018 than all this doesn't matter because you have to completely disable 'Advanced Threat Defense', which was optional in the 2017 version but now is enabled by default and , if disabled, warns you that you are vulnerable.
