Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello,

I tried to download the WITCHER 2, THE - ASSASSINS OF KINGS TRAINER ENHANCED ED. (STEAM 05.10), and ended up with an empty archive.

The step I took:

1. I clicked the Download button. At this point I was taken to the download page, and the file was personalized to me.
2. I saved the file to my computer.
3. I opened the folder where the file was saved and attempted to extract the files.
4. I received an error message telling me the archive as empty.

Is there an issue with this file, or was there an issue with all downloads at this time (12:30ish, 1/16/14)?

Please let me know when I can download the file again.

It is possible your av interfeerd with the download. delete the file and redownload.

I have downloaded it twice with the same results. I will try again now to see if I get a different result.

Edit: Alas, I got the same result; an empty archive.

i just tried getting it, and it works fine here, with the trainer and readme file

its most likely your AV that's the culprit, try turning it off before downloading, and see if it works then

That did the trick. I knew my AV would prevent the program from running properly, but never expected it to prevent the download. This is the first time I've run across that feature. I'll remember that for future downloads though. Thanks for your help.
