I'm guessing this is an authentication problem, but it happens with no other trainer I use. It's not my AV picking up on it, I get no warnings from it. I get a "could not create help.txt file" which I get with all other trainers, but that's never been an issue. They all start up fine after authentication. Not this sucker. It just kind of closes, pops up again and then I get an error report. No matter what I do.
What is your OS and what version of IE do you have?
Sorry for the lack of details. I don't use IE, it's installed but I don't use it, and I have a 64 bit Win 7.

I notice that when i click on trainer to be loaded, and as soon as my trainer isn't on top whole it loading, it crashes on me, try to let the trainer fully loaded first before loading other app, it may help
