If that, I've been Vac banned a couple times regardless and it's not a big deal I'd just not be able to play a game I bought for $1. Still not banned so I doubt they will ban you as long as you don't play PvP.
Also you won't be followed more or anything, I don't know where you're getting that since Vac is automated wouldn't work any better or worse if someone has a previous Vac Ban, which I have two.

Yes you are. Account/IP data are marked and are watched more by the system. The automated system is similar to a system I have used and ran into on many other services in easten europe and Korea games.
