    I am not running Windows 8 and I have read the previous threads. The trainer crashes on authentication. All other trainers seem to work fine.

    As mentioned above, are you running Win 7 and have you rolled IE back from 10/11 to IE9?

    This trainer needs to be listed as inactive. Windows is moving forward but this trainer is not. I dont know of anyone what would back up to IE 8 when IE 11 is the standard and you might be able to roll back to IE10 but with Windows 10, IE12 will be forced on you.
