Im pretty sure that it relates to whatever level your character is on at the time.
Try changing the level of your character and see it that works.
The higher the level the more HP.
I think that's the only way of gaining more HP

Why aren't Kiss ass, Hard ass, and Smart ass listed in the Skills?

Nevermind, it's Intimidate, Manipulate, and I believe Spot Lie.

This is really awesome. I havent used an editor in years.

The editor was made when the game was in early beta status. Possible that some things have been changed or renamed.

Skills that have changed: Intimidate is Hard ass, Manipulate is Smart ass, Spot Lie is Kiss ass, AT Weapons is Heavy Weapons, Calvin Backer Skill is Southwestern Folklore (It's a Kickstarter backer only skill and is hidden, no known use), Combat Shooting is also a Kickstarter skill and has no known uses.), Evasion has been removed, Field Stripping is now Weapon Smithing, Salvaging has been removed, Move Silently has been removed despite the community's complaints, and Synth Tech was integrated into computer tech, and Mechanical Repair is not listed in the editor. The Traits section can be ignored, since they seem to have cut at some point.
