I stumbled across this song in an uploaders short introduction and it seemed very familiar, it's been on my mind for almost a full day now and I still can't place. I was hoping that someone capable of understanding Japanese might be able to pick enough of the words out so that I could do a search on the lyrics and hopefully find the full song and where it's from.

Anyone care to help solve my dilemma?
