I have found a save editor that works with steam go check on no mutants allowed !

Falche and Falche2 are some of the best examples of great save editors I have ever seen built for any game.

Also on No Mutants Allowed if you want guns and stuff, for Fallout 2; there is someone who populated the town with every item in game, follow the instructions on the download to use it properly and go have a party. If I recall for the game it replaced Klamath so you have to BACK UP the town file, move it, replace with the updated version, get all your toys, leave town again, save, exit and then replace the updated town file with the original one you had for your game.

Yes its level based and the game will crash. Or at least it was in previopus versions of Falche and Project restoration by killap. So it has a limitation. Plus Its an old game you can easily win without trainer. Plus if you get full of perks from the start you will lose some good scenes.

The game is full of easter eggs and humor. It is. Especially 2.

Well ahve fun. And share your character if you like. I still have it in my pcs and always reinstall it. with 1, tactics, 3, Van Buren (sadly never finished to be full playable game) and two more fanmade fallouts in the steps of killap. 3, and New Vegas. For some reason 4 is ...just a sequel...

No need for that. If you let the rat king in Klamath to live you can find a ton of armor guns and that alien blaster with no ammo though

So just stay alive till the end of Klamath quests (which you are supposed to do first to level up) and you are set. I still remembered the first time i got so early combat armor with combat shotgun. Till the middle of the game i was in Mad Max mode. After that in Gecko and in New Reno you can get free upgrades for all your needs. Cali merchant (the dwarf in the tent dont recall his name now will get you special items if you pass the speech/Inteligence check for free.
