Tried your method a bunch of times but alas. It doesn't work for me, at least not for the attributes which is what I want to edit most. For skills I can just edit the skill point value after all.
As changing the attributes doesn't seem to affect any checks and other stats like bonus damage I am getting the feeling it is just changing the display value.

Hopefully 0x90 will have the time to look at this problem at some point. Tried to do it myself by attempting to find the attribute point value in character creation but not only is it encrypted I was only able to find the display value. Seems like you need to do some pretty complicated stuff to find the proper address which for now is, sadly, beyond me.

I am having trouble editing my toon during creation. how do I go about doing it?

I follow the directions as if I was editing fro the character screen, but nothing happens. can someone please list the steps needed to change at character creation?

Hey ya'll. The game was updated again. Thought you oughta know.

Trainer is, regrettably, only changing attributes and modifiers (str, dex, etc.) display values and not the game maintained numbers. They will revert upon loading any save and are not changed for any in game check or use before or after save.

Adding skill points does work though.

Trainer is working fine with latest steam version of the game. What is your version and source of the game?
