Did you do a Chargeback? That is the only reason I can see why they reverted it because you got your money back.

nope its a loong time since i got the account i just figured some thing went wrong some where

You have multiple accounts and are logging in with the wrong one. Send me a copy of your paid receipt and I can locate the correct account. Lifetime memberships don't suddenly "reset".

What would one have to do if the payment were made by google pay or something and the person don't even remember how or with what account.
