I have tried downloading it a few times now, and it still keeps asking "How would yo like to open this file?" Has there been a solution yet?
To take the short route: Create a scan exclusion in your security software for a tmp file called ~Mnn133.tmp which is located in the Windows Temp folder here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Local\Temp\
You might need to clear your security software's quarantine and/or scan history / log files.
