So I finally gave into my need to play some good ole Nintendo games since it was a huge part of my life growing up and got me into gaming. So I bought a Wii U and a 3DS. And the first day of owning it, I had buyers remorse.... But I quickly overcame it and am very happy with my purchase! Although I consider myself a PC gamer, I'm really appreciating Mario and Zelda games.

I think in the last 8 years I somehow forgot that game-play is a huge aspect of what makes a game great, not just graphics, which was all I was caring about.

I also was able to play the Elder Scrolls Online beta last weekend and was a little impressed. I didn't realize you could play 1st person view, nor did I realize it plays similar to Skyrim. I was expecting it to be like WoW or something.

And since I'm posting this in the OT board, I'm just going to say that I had a colonoscopy last week (I'm 23, not 40). I found out I have Crohn's disease... So there's that.
