Why does my trainer allways(for AC4 BLACK fLAG) says active active active...... and keeps on saying it...... i press F1 then its starts to bother me saying active^^ thanks for any kind of help
I have a version with all DLC

If the trainer says "activated" then it is activated. Meaning,it is fine to use. I don't see why that would bother you.
READ the instructions that come with it. And,if you have anymore problems,go to the trainer help/faq page here on this site.

Its repeating the activated sound. Usually its a inteferance with the A/V

Add the trainer to your Anti-virus exception list and if you have anti-spyware app/s then there also.
You can find that option in the settings of your programs.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

the problem..... i dont use any antivirus^^ Its my gaming PC its nothing else just games..... so their isnt any antivirus program in it.

Ouch, then your problem may possibly be spyware or virus related, those have been known to soak up system resources and could cause lag in graphic and sound buffers.
Check what loads up with your PC you may be surprised.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
