It also isn't right for someone to brag about i got a pirate version and making an excuse that im impatient so i'll pirate till my pay version comes out is completely wrong. I thought you weren't suppose to say anything on here about users pirating games.

But she keeps on saying it and still gets away with it hmmmm doesn't sound right to me and i been a loyal customer on here for a very long time

I'm not going to say anything else about this matter since some people thinks you can get away with pirating a game just because you bought it, and can't wait for your copy to arrive, seems very childish to me anyways i'm done I proved my point

Not much of a point proven, and I do not remember seeing me brag anywhere yet only to defend myself? I haven't broken any rules but to defend myself against you people. If you see it as a bad thing then be my guest. And CH does not condone pirate versions true, but they won't punish people for using it either. And to be completely in the loop here I have yet to see you go on about 0x90 which had it WAY before me. Until that has been done aswell and until you have gone at those in the trainer thread who also obviously seem to have. Then your words might have meaning.

Define "pirating". Downloading a copy of a copyrighted work (music, film, software etc) that is available commercially is illegal. Providing copies of commercially available copyrighted works for others to download is illegal. Making a copy of a copyrighted work you legitimately own for backup is usually legal, and doesn't take anyone's revenue so is morally justifiable.

So if I had a car, but I wrecked it, I could just find someone with the same model and drive off in theirs? Or since I paid for a burger once, I can now just take them off of plates at the restaurant and eat them whenever I want? Since I pre-paid for my tickets to a movie, I can just download a leaked copy instead?

Tell me how is this right?

And about 0x90 he never said he got a pirate edition he said he got his copy early. That's the difference here you said you download a pirated copy while 0x90 never said anything about a pirate game he got. See the difference

Sure you can do that not like I'd care any reasonable person would bash your skull in if you tried. I personally would love to but, that's just one persons desire. I love how you try to attack me and all, but in the end you will lose because as I already explained to you I'm the only one your going after which you should have known from the beginning ain't gonna get you anywhere. I as a person myself like to do as I please and I damn well will do so. If you wanna "attack" someone choose someone else. And as far as pirating goes if someone decides to leak something it's on them not me. And that example you made I got another one. Someone steals from a store and offers it to someone else free of charge. Sure it's against the law but I'd take it. I haven't done the crime. I know one thing he can't get a copy earlier without it being a press-release my friend which always are the pirated versions. And PWiz accused me of having one I never said I did I just didn't deny it.

I was generally speaking, I did not accuse anyone of anything.

Also watch it with the drop it comment.

Remember the forums are mostly public threads i.e. whatever you say in them are subject to debate within reason and rules.

Either way, now that we are talking about her/him, doesn't matter if it was paid for already.... it's not out on the PC yet thusly no right to play it yet until release date.

And no you can't swathe me with crappy excuses either.



At the end of the day she/he got over protective and thought I was solely talking about them, which I wasn't, they aren't that important to make it solely about them.
