Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.02, Super Health, Super Squad Health, E....

I need help I have the trainer and I set it in the mass effect 2 folder. I have to load with origin. It will not activate while I have my game loaded either at main menu or once I loaded my game. I tried the fix for no dvd but I do not know the program to run it. I am on a windows 8 laptop. Please help.

Yes, the trainer does not work with the "new" Origin version of Mass Effect 2

I believe you should be able to activate the game on Steam with the code Origin gives you.

But since you are on Win8 I will still give you this advice.

1. Turn off all Security programs or tell it all to ignore the trainer,
2. Run the game, Origin and the Trainer in admin mode.

I tried activating my game on steam but this it isn't able to be activated on steam. I looked at the support site for steam and it has a specific list of games that can be activated this way and Mass Effect 2 isn't one of them. I think it is like what somebody else said it is the exe file that has changed, making the trainer not work.

There is console for this game however. Use this patch social.bioware.com/project/4715/ and the instructions in the comments section there to get it working. For commands I use the wikia site, masseffect.wikia.com, search for PC tweaks

All so having this issue. Running win 7, just re downloaded the game of origin. Tried running as admin and different compatibility settings. All I get is "Trainer can not find game." Attempted a couple different trainers all with the same result.

I am having the same issue. keeps saying cannot find game

Check your version! Also if on Win 7 might want to see if you have reverted your IE to IE9.

Yes I have checked it all. And me1 and 3 trainers work fine. Just me2 keeps saying trainer cannot find game
