Have had a lifetime membership for a few years now and I do not have these problems. You need to be a little more descriptive for anyone to help you. Just saying it does not work does not really tell anyone what is going on.
Not to mention this thread was over a year old before you posted this and their problem is solved.
There's some good choices (at this time), I use Avast on my WinXP and just had to "white-list" the folder where all my trainers are.
Same for "Microsoft Security Essentials" used on Win7.
Those are easy to tweak, and once done, it's good for awhile ( 'til they "improve/control" )
* Updated game trainers and cheats daily
* Get notified when new cheats are added
* Request which games get new trainers
* Priority support with any problem
