frame stutter and tearing gone forever?

depends since it only works with geforce 660 and up cards it seems, and it needs to be built in the lcd monitors itself.

It's a gimmick. Which is ok. Gimmicks are neat.

AMDs API system coming whenever is another gimmick.

Developers won't touch it much unless paid to do so by AMD. AMD is trying to force developers away from DirectX APIs to their own, their own sports faster access which is console like but that in turn will downgrade texture quality etc.

Silly AMD.

Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
