Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade to Lifetime Unlimited however my credit card is coming back as an AVS mismatch. I'm from Canada. Is it possible to check if the AVS settings for your merchant account allow international addresses?

All other purchases online have no issues.

Edit: Looking around at other members I see a large portion of them are also international so I suppose that nullifies the above. Is there anything someone may recommend so I can get this working?

Authorization with the card issuer was successful but the transaction was declined due to an address or ZIP code mismatch with the address on file with the card issuing bank.

Once the payment is declined for any reason, subsequent tries will also be auto-declined within the next 24 hours. I would suggest trying your payment using our PayPal option and see if it works there.

Thank you for the quick response. It appears my address was my old address so I'll wait 24 hours and try again tomorrow.
