Using the 1.4.0.2 version of the Trainer for Terraria 1.4.0.3. The trainer claims it's the latest version.
The Fill the screen with light - Map Reveal feature (same thing) does work, just not necessarily all the time or consistently on the surface. I was on the eastern beach, turned it on, walked around a bit, revealed the entire (otherwise dark) ocean, and when I left the beach walking to the west, it stopped revealing anything. But when underground, it seems to work consistently.
Additionally, why was the "Multiply the item under your cursor by -x- amount" function removed, please? It did actually work. It was turned into a feature on the editor page, but that function doesn't seem to work it all. It remains "??" even when I have lifted an item in the inventory.
In fact, the only item on that "Editor" tab of the Trainer that seems to acknowledge anything is the "Is it day?" boolean. Any tips? Am I doing something wrong?
-----------
EDIT - Nevermind. Somehow the Items Held worked. I just alternated between having it highlighted in non-inventory mode and then inventory mode over and over again while toggling "Locked" mode in the editor on and off.
It's the Just jiggle it a little way of getting it to work.. hehe.

Trainer is failing to work for me now, despite having had no issues with it in the past. I open Terraria and get into the map so I can move, have health etc. before I even open the trainer using Run as Administrator. I've un-installed/restarted/re-installed Terraria and also created new characters/worlds. When I attempt to attach the trainer, I receive the following message (I've included 1.4.0.2. info as well as it was the last version that worked for me, in case it helps):
06:20:01: Terraria, 1.4.0.4 (STEAM)
06:22:11: Successfully attached to Terraria
06:22:12: Collect Player Base, Script error in line 12: Cannot find aob for 'Collect_Player'
06:28:10: Terraria, 1.4.0.2 (STEAM)
06:28:16: Successfully attached to Terraria
06:28:17: item, Script error in line 3: Cannot find aob for 'originalcode_7735'
Suggestions?

ran game from steam
loaded save

As some previously have reported, the Amount of Clicked Item seems to work on only a very limited amount of items. I've gotten it to work on blocks like stone, dirt, wood, etc. but not on most other items like bombs, ingots, glowsticks, etc.
works with all and any object I can pick up in the inventory.
from the instructions:
"Click Item in inventory to pick it up, then you can edit the amount."
Tested with bombs, grenades, sticky glowsticks.
Clicked a bomb in inventory to pick it up, bomb is under the mouse cursor. Value shown in editor was 1. Set it to 10. Clicked to put the item back into the inventory. I now have 10.
Works.

Sorry if this seems rude, but the response I got seems kinda rude too. Look, I understand you guys put up with a lot of crap from users who whine/complain about stuff, causing you to have to re-iterate 50 Million times to "Read the manual" and are busy as hell. As I stated, I've used the trainer perfectly up until now, so I asked for any suggestions on what I might be able to do to fix it. You guys understand the back-end of all this, you wrote the code. If I've done everything else (Run as admin, Anti-virus, malware etc.), the trainer works perfectly fine at 5:03 P.M. then fails at 5:07 P.M. when there have been absolutely no changes to anything in the game, the trainer or the PC, then you certainly have to have some idea on what the problem might be related too. If you're official answer at the end of it is "I don't know", then that's fine. At least it's an honest answer and I felt like you guys are actually supporting your product and give a crap. I asked for suggestions, and "It works for me, you're just SOL" isn't a suggestion.
