is there something special you have to do in order for the inf mana/health to work? i cant seem t get the mana one working and i dont know how i got the health to work.

Not really unless you didn't activated the trainer as the readme says. What exactly is your problem? Did you press hotkey and hear 'activated' but nothing happens? What about the editor options, do they show up some values?

Sometimes Unlimited health effects the enemies

The Unlimited Items option also makes armour stack into 99 as well as weapons a tools, which means they can then not be separated unless the option is turned off then you un-equip the chest piece as a 99 stack and then re-equip it it then only equips 1 armour on you and you can trash the rest.

Also this option makes it so you always craft 99 of that item, is it not possible to make it so the unlimited option only works in the quick slot bar like the previous versions?

Yes and no. Read the readme it works for quickbar only UNTIL you keep this option active and open your inventory. Just don't do that or which I recommend just turn it off when not needed and use it only for refill your quick slots.
