I downloaded the Ultimate Edition from Steam and reading the various posts, I noticed that the trainer suitable patch is related to # 5. But it does not work because every time I activate it tells me that the trainer has stopped working, but I did start as an administrator.
Go through all the points in the first post.
I did downgrade to IE and I've run both programs as administrator, but it keeps giving me that error.

You A/V or another security program could be causing it to fail.

To downgrade an operating system to get a trainer to work. jeeez.
I tried running it in compatibility mode and no dice. The window8 version launches and says activated when I press 1 but nothing happens when i try to enable cheat then game crashes.
windows 8 sucks anyways why would you have it if you're a true gamer im glad that google is making a OS because windows just plain sucks the only reason i use windows 7 is because linux doesnt have much compatibility and MAC OS can kiss it but for those of you who have windows 8 , 8.1 so on and so forth i dont know what to tell you but think before you buy/upgrade somehting thank you all and thank you CH for another great trainer

What has True gamer got to do with what O.S. the player is using Pffft. Anyways guess I will just use console cheats and CoSMOS to get around it.Way to many downloads stored on my 2TB hard drive to go back to win 7 for one game.And sooner or later we will all have to move forward on O.S.
