Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi, For the first time ever, I recently just joined the cheat happens unlimited community But I was entirely unaware of the new rule stating that you must own a lifetime membership to access any of the major trainers such as Company of Heroes, Borderlands 2, or Wargame: European Escalation... So would if possible, I would like a refund so that I could eventually upgrade to Lifetime membership, even if it is only half the ammount I paid, I am a little tight on money so the upgrade would no be straight away, but it would be ASAP. As I have downloaded two trainers so far, I would assume it is possible for you to cancel use of them for me for the time being. Thankyou Edit: I just read the Terms of Service, no refunds once personalised software is downloaded... Is there some way anyone can help me out with this?

Sorry, but there are notices all over the site regarding the lifetime policy. You even checked a box stating that you UNDERSTOOD and AGREED to the policy when you purchased the yearly account. You are still able to download 99.95% of our trainers with the yearly membership. I suggest you use it for other games until you are able to afford the upgrade. We cannot issue a refund, sorry.

I see... Well, short of me feeling like a bit of a moron for not reading through the ToS properly... Is there perhaps a way I can change my subscription to lifetime by paying an extra 30 dollars? Or will I have to pay the full price? I am not asking for special permissions, I am just making a general enquiry. Also, thankyou for replying so fast.
