Ubisoft and EA made a deal to become a serious competitor to steam, they share releases on their platforms.
Don't see how that could work, most people hate or "hate" both Origin and UPlay. And EA and Ubisoft.
If you mean for a trainer to work, it is possible it will work, but the .exe files will be different, since its through 2 different digital distribution engines.
