Did you select the folder with Rome2.exe? Is data_rome2.pack in data folder?

Is data_rome2.pack in data folder?
its in separate folder (data folder) while rome2.exe is in the parent folder

If you pick the correct game path, it should work. Maybe you can try running it with administrator access. What OS platform are you on?

he dont find local_eng because i use german version

if you have VS2013 express installed you can change the localization file it looks for quite easily... I just don't have time to update it to choose local nor do I have those files to test with so yea...
